Important information
- In order to confirm your reservation, please book your ticket by 6.30 pm the day before departure date.
- If you select “No pick up” option, please go to Klong Jilad pier at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
- If you select Zone A, B or C, please inform us your hotel name, room number, location and its phone number on the booking page. We will inform you the pick-up time via your booking confirmation email.
- Free loading luggage up to 18 inches / pcs / person & Excess luggage extra charge applies 300 baht / pcs
- Children age between 4-11 years old are charged in children rate.
- Free of charge for infants. Please inform the number of accompanying infants and their age.
- Cancellation and changes are not possible after the tickets have been issued.
