Important information
- In order to confirm your reservation, please book the ticket by 6.30 pm the day before departure date.
- In order to ensure your favorite tour is available, please check with us via WhatsApp on +66 86 476 5210 before make your reservation.
- If you select “No Land Transfer” option, please go to Nonthasak pier (Pa Por pier) at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
- If you select “Need Land Transfer from Zone A or B”, please inform us your hotel name, room number, location and its phone number on the booking page. We will inform you the pick-up time via your booking confirmation email.
- Trips are not recommended For Senior 60 years Of Age, Customer who have high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnant women, children Under 1 Year of age and people suffering from any medical or physical disability.
- The schedule may be change as appropriate depend on the weather and sea level.
- Maya bay & Loh Samah bay are closed from August 1st to September 30th every year.
- Children age between 4-10 years old are charged in children rate.
- Free of charge for infants (less than 3 years old). Please inform the number of accompanying infants and their age.
- Cancellation and changes are not possible after the tickets have been issued.
