There is 3 Days 2 Nights Jungle & Lake Discovery (Overnight at Khaosok Boutique Hideaway) by Khaosok Discovery.

Day 1: Experience Khaosok

Meet your guide at your hotel traveling on the air-conditioned van for the forest. On your way, stop by Sarasin bridge connecting Phuket to the mainland to get some sea breeze and fresh air. As you get closer to the park, gaze out the window upon overgrown jungles, soaring mountains, and sparkling lakes.

Upon arriving at Khao Sok you will be enjoying with Excited Elephant Bathing Program, you can enjoy giving the elephant a refreshing bath, where you can scrub them, play with them and, get on their back without a saddle. After bathing, you can buy some bananas to feed the elephants.

Following lunch, head off to KhaoSok River for a serene ride in canoeing. Take a deep breath and float down the peaceful waterway, taking in views of limestone mountains towering above the verdant jungle.

Spend the night in the stunning tent camp up on the hill of Khaosok Boutique Hideaway with a comfortable bed, reading lights, hot water, and a western-style toilet. The tents’ doors and windows are covered with mosquito netting. Temperatures at night drop a little, blankets keep you warm in the chill of the night. This is real comfort so close to the heart of the rain forest!

Day 2: Spectacular Cheow Lan Lake

Fresh morning wakes up and experience the spectacular Cheow Lan Lake by local long-tail boat to cruise the turquoise water of Cheow Lan Lake. Then change the atmosphere to the jungle walk. You can meet enchanting plants, flowers, butterflies, birds, squirrels, reptiles, etc. waited for your discovery, then a short walk to 500 Rai Lake.

After a short walk, getting on the canoeing to cross the 500 rai lake to an amazing cave. The stalagmites have a similar shape (Easy access for children but be careful with the slippery wet floor). Spend 30 minutes of cave exploring (a small cave but great formations). Cruise back and spend another night in the stunning tent camp up on the hill of Khaosok Boutique Hideaway.

Day 3: Jungle Discovery

Fresh morning wakes up and experience the jungle with your own eyes. Let your knowledgeable guide help you get acquainted with fascinating animals and plants that you’ve never seen before while trekking through the rainforest.

ITINERARY

Day 1:

07.00 – 08.30                – Pick up from your hotel by air-conditioned vehicle and English-Speaking Guide. (Departure time varies by hotel location.)

– Dropped by Sarasin Bridge to take a little relax or toilet. You can enjoy the scenery of how Phuket Island is part of The Andaman Ocean.

– Visited Tsunami Memorial Site (Tor. 813) (Thailand was impacted by Tsunami 2004)

– Visited Monkey Cave temple

– Excited Elephant Bathing Program. You can scrub, play or get on their back without the saddle. They are gentle, loving and friendly.

– Stopped at Khaosok a scenic viewpoint. (Great panoramic view of Khaosok)

– Lunch at Khaosok Discovery Restaurant.

– Started Canoeing down the river of Khaosok (chance to spot a flora & fauna, limestone cliff mountains along the way) (approximate 0.45-1 hrs.)

15.30                             – Check in Khaosok Boutique Hideaway. (Air-Con room)

19.00                             – Dinner then pleasuring with the sounds of the cicada.

Day 2:

07.00 – 08.30                – Breakfast at the Cliff View Restaurant enjoying the morning mist and the sound of nature.

09.30                             – Depart for Cheow Lan Lake. Arrive at pier then board on Long Tail boat to cruise the turquoise water of Cheow Larn Lake. Then change the atmosphere to jungle walk. You can meet enchanting plants, flower, butterfly, birds, squirrels, reptiles, etc. waited for your discovery, then a short walk to 500 Rai Lake.  After a short walk, getting on the bamboo raft to cross the 500 rai lake to Pakarang Cave (Coral Cave). The stalagmites have a similar shape to coral which is how the cave came to be named (Easy access for children but be careful for the slippery wet floor). Spend 30 minutes cave exploring (a small cave but great formations).

12.30                             – Lunch at floating restaurant.

14.30                             – Start journey back by long tail boat, spotted Cheow Lan Lake Scenic View.

– Arrive at mainland.

17.00                             – Arrive back to Khaosok Boutique Hideaway and a leisure time.

19.00                             – Dinner and have a good night

Day 3:

07.30                             – Breakfast at the Cliff View Restaurant enjoying the morning mist and the sound of nature.

08.30                             – Jungle Hiking on foot in Khaosok National Park, an inland haven tucked away from the thronging beach crowds, Khaosok is Thailand’s secret jewel. This ancient rainforest dates back 160 million years and it wears its age well. Enchanting Plants, Flowers, Butterfly, Birds, Squirrels, Reptiles, etc. (Flora and Fauna) awaits your discovery. (Approximate 3- hrs.)

13.00                             – Lunch at Khaosok mountain view restaurant.

14.00                             – Shower, check out from the camps and ready to get back to your hotel.

18.00-19.00                  – Arrive back to your hotel safe and sound.
