Community Based one day trip by Bang Rong Community, Phuket takes about 7.5 hours (9.30 am – 5 pm).
Itinerary
9.30 am Welcome to “Bang Rong Community” by serving fruit juice and local Thai desserts. Brief about this fisherman & farmer village and paint Pateh Handbag.
10.15 am Visit pineapple plantation to learn how to cut pineapple and try fresh pineapple and pineapple juice.
11.00 am Visit rubber tree plantation to see the process of rubber tapping and rubber sheet making. Guest could join the rubber tapping.
11.30 am Visit coconut farm to join the activities of coconut picking, coconut peeling and coconut milk making. Then, try local snacks prepared by the housewife community enterprise.
12.30 pm Thai set lunch at local restaurant
02.00 pm Take quiet and relaxing long-tail boat ride though the mangrove forest, discover the local way of life, and then enjoy swimming at Koh Prae. If low tide, sandbank will be exposed. Soft drink and local snacks are served.
05.00 pm Arrive at Bang Rong pier.

- In order to confirm your reservation, please book the ticket by 6.30 pm at least 3 days before joining the activity. We have to check with the community whether the program is available (Refund 100%).
- Tour program is required minimum 4 paid guests per party.
- English-Speaking Tour Guide is included.
- In rare cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, and for the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of guests, it may become necessary to make major changes to tour program.
- If embroidered logo or name on Batik Handbag is required, additional charge is applied with minimum 5 days to confirm and provide all details.
- Children age between 4-12 years old are charged in children rate.
- Free of charge for infants. Please inform the number of accompanying infants and their age.
- Cancellation and changes are not possible after the tickets have been issued.
