- If you select “No Land Transfer” option, please go to Chalong pier at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
- If you select “Need Land Transfer”, please inform us your hotel name, room number, location and its phone number on the booking page. We will inform you the pick-up time via your booking confirmation email.

- All 4 Diving reserves the right to cancel a Day trip due to extreme weather conditions. If All 4 Diving cancels a trip due to this then a full refund will be given. Customers cannot cancel their trip due to bad weather and receive a refund.
- If the boat is unable to operate for accidental or mechanical failure, for cancellation by the Thai authorities of any licenses, or “Acts of Nature”, All 4 Diving will not be held responsible and will not accept any liabilities.
- Cancellation and changes are not possible after the tickets have been issued.
