Important information
- In order to confirm your reservation, please book the ticket by 6.30 pm the day before departure date.
- Please go to the pier at least 60 minutes before the departure time.
- Water Sport Equipment is charged 400 baht/piece.
- Only folding bike is allowed to take on car / boat: Extra charge 700 baht.
- A passenger can bring a big luggage & a small luggage/person for free. For extra luggage will be charged 200 baht/bag.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Children age between 2-12 years old are charged in children rate.
- Free of charge for infants (No seat – age less than 2 years old). Please inform the number of accompanying infants and their age.
- Cancellation and changes are not possible after the tickets have been issued.
