Important information
- In order to confirm your reservation, please book your ticket by 6.30 pm the day before departure date.

- Please go to East Railay pier at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
- If you select “Need drop off” in Zone A or B, please inform us your hotel name and its location on the booking page.
- Luggage limit at 20 kilograms/1 Bag. Over size charge 100/Bag
- Children age between 3-11 years old are charged in children rate.
- Free of charge for infants. Please inform the number of accompanying infants and their age.
- Cancellation and changes are not possible after the tickets have been issued.
